TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Grain webshop, operated by Jonas Overdeput, registered in Belgium under VAT number BE1004.808.845. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS 

All prints are made to order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.

PAYMENT 

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All prices are listed in euros and include Belgian VAT where applicable.

SHIPPING 

Prints are shipped via our production partner. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Grain is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

All prints are custom made and non-returnable. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jonas.overdeput@icloud.com with photo evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All images sold through Grain are the intellectual property of Jonas Overdeput. Prints are sold for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
